Biography

My name is Stewart Kuzyk and I was born and raised in Fort Saskatchewan.  I have lived in the Edmonton area my whole life and have achieved a fairly comprehensive knowledge of the region. I obtained my Real Estate licence in 2005 and now have over 12 years experience in the Real Estate industry where I have helped hundreds of people buy and sell their homes. Every new client is looking for something dirrerent and every negotiation is an exciting challenge. I have experience selling everything from apartment style Condo's to Residential detached homes, Acreages, Farm Land and Recreational properties. I have also put together a solid team of mortgage brokers, Home inspectors and Lawyers that are fantastic to work with. In conjunction with this group of people, I can help steer you in the right direction from start to finish in the Real Estate sale process. When selling your home it is important to have a strong marketing plan. I use a combination of print and online and social media to reach the largest market possible. This should result in maximizing sale price and minimize your home's days on market.
